Do I need real estate experience?
Yes. Clik Work is for experienced real estate sales managers. We look for a track record of selling homes and carrying buyers through to booking — share your CV and the projects you've worked on when you apply.
Is this remote and flexible?
Yes — fully remote. Work from your phone and laptop, on your own schedule. There's no office and no fixed shift.
How do I get leads?
Once you're live, clikin.ai routes qualified buyers to you across the projects you work — no cold calling or buying lists.
How much can I earn?
It's pure commission: ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 per booking, depending on the ticket size of the home. There's no cap and no salary, and working multiple projects means more bookings.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is paid once a booking is confirmed and the customer has paid the booking amount, to your verified account. KYC during onboarding is what makes payouts possible.
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no joining fee — Clik Work is commission-only, so there's nothing to pay to apply, train, or work.
